As communicated at formnext 2019 in Frankfurt, the iQtemp brand will become an independent company. 

 
Listemann Technology AG in Liechtenstein takes over the business operations and employees of Renishaw GmbH in Lüdenscheid as part of an asset deal. The takeover agreement was signed by the managing directors of both companies on 9 December 2019.

Close partnership between Renishaw and Listemann continues

Rainer Lotz, Vice President EMEA of Renishaw, and Dr. Manfred Boretius, majority shareholder of the Listemann Group, are convinced that this "deal" will create an optimal, future-oriented basis for the further dissemination of conformal temperature control in tool and mould making. The close partnership between the two companies will continue to create visible added value for the joint customers in the future.
 
Renishaw, as a leading manufacturer of AM machines and manufacturing solutions, will in future focus on the development and marketing of systems and software for additive manufacturing. The aim is to seamlessly integrate the latest AM technologies into series production.

The new iQtemp GmbH in Lüdenscheid/Germany becomes a member of the Listemann Group, with Listemann Technology AG as main shareholder. The former site manager Carlo Hüsken becomes managing partner. Günther Rehm takes over the management of Sales & Marketing and is also a co-partner.

Within the Listemann Group, iQtemp GmbH will be the cross-technology competence centre for the close contour temperature control of injection and die casting tools. Customers will benefit from an extended service portfolio, from the design and simulation of temperature control, through the manufacture of mould inserts by vacuum brazing and/or additive manufacturing, to internal and external coating. The range of manufacturing technologies is continuously expanded and adapted to customer requirements. Stainless steel in-line filters will also continue to be offered.
