Winterthur/Switzerland

In Winterthur we are operating 6 high-vacuum furnaces with quenching pressures up to 6bar N2 (abs.), resp. 4bar Ar (abs.).
Usable work space ranges from 300x300x500mm3 up to Ø1500x1800mm3. Max. work load is 2000kg with max. process temperatures up to 1400°C.
Our furnaces are operating under vacuum conditions down to 10-5mbar.

Protective gas:
Protective gas atmosphere brazing processes can be performed in Ar/N2/H2-gas atmosphere up to Tmax=1200°C.
Workspace is Ø1000x1200mm3 with a max. work load of 2000kg.
 
Nitriding/nitrocarburizing:
Our gas nitriding furnace has a usable work space of Ø1000x1200mm3.
In total, components with max. weight of 2000kg can be processed.
 
Air-circulating furnaces:
Operated air-circulating furnaces have a work space of Ø500x900mm3, resp. Ø2000x2000mm3. Depending on process temperatures loads up to 8000kg can be treated.

Thermal spraying:
2 spray cabinets equipped with buckling arm robots and turntables enable coating of components up to a size of Ø800x1000mm3 and a max. weight of 600 kg.
Processes: Plasma spraying (APS), arc-wire spraying, wire- and powder flame spraying.

Electron beam welding:
Since the beginning of the year 2009 Listemann AG is equipped with a new powerful plant for EB welding. Besides the already used efficient small machine which can be run with a maximum beam power of 3 kW (work space of 300x300x300mm3 ), a new system has been installed to fulfill the high demands as a competent supplier of our customers.
The working chamber with dimensions of 2.600 mm x 1.250 mm x 1.500 mm (approx. 5 m3) and a beam power of 15 kW allow joining parts which range up to 1 m in diameter or height and about 2 m in length. The maximum welding depth is about 50 mm for steel and 100 mm for aluminum.

Eschen/Liechtenstein

In Eschen 4 high-vacuum furnaces are in operation with work space in the range from 330x330x600mm3 up to 800x700x1200mm3, one of them with an all-metal hotzone.
Quenching pressure up to 6bar N2 (abs.) can be applied.
Max. work load is 1500kg.
One of the furnaces enables processes with high partial pressures Ar/N2 up to 1400°C.
Typical process vacuum is in the range of 10-4-10-6mbar.

Protective gas:
One continuous belt furnace is available for operations under protective gas atmosphere N2/H2 and Tmax=1150°C. The channel has a square size of 40x80mm2.
2 batch-type furnaces with a work space of Ø800x400mm3, resp. Ø300x1200mm3.
Processes are running under Ar/N2/H2-gas atmosphere with Tmax=1150°C.

Debinding:
3 debinding furnaces for catalytic debinding, with nitric acid according to BASF special process.
1 facility used for debinding with organic solvents.
